Hart Apartments is a boutique community in Clearfield, Utah, and we currently have seven homes open across our Bridger, Carson, and Fremont buildings. Move-in dates run from today through mid-September, so there is a good chance you can match a home to your current lease-end date rather than paying for an overlap.

A studio is the most efficient way to live at Hart. You get the same community, the same location, and the same management team for the lowest rent on the property. It works well if you are living solo, splitting time between Clearfield and somewhere else, or you would rather put money toward something other than square footage you are not using.

One Bedroom Apartments in Clearfield

Fremont building · One bedroom, one bathroom · 603 square feet · From $1,299

Our Fremont one bedrooms are 603 square feet with a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. The separation matters more than the raw square footage does — if you work from home, keep a different schedule than your partner, or just want the bed out of the living room, this is the floor plan that solves it.

Two Bedroom Apartments in Clearfield

We do not have any two bedroom apartments available right now. Two bedrooms are part of our floor plan mix at Hart, but every one of them is currently occupied, and we do not have a confirmed date for the next opening.

Choosing Between a Studio and a One Bedroom

The gap between our least expensive studio and our least expensive one bedroom is $200 a month. That is the real decision, and it is worth being honest with yourself about it rather than defaulting to the bigger home.

A studio tends to make sense when

You live alone, you are not working from home full time, you would rather keep your rent low, or you are new to the area and want a shorter commitment before deciding where you want to settle.

A one bedroom tends to make sense when

You need a door between your work and your sleep, you have a partner or a roommate situation, you host regularly, or you simply know from experience that an open studio layout wears on you over a twelve-month lease.

If you are genuinely torn, tour both. We can usually show you a studio and a one bedroom back to back in the same visit, and most people know within about ten minutes of standing in each one.

Hart is a boutique community at 157 S. 275 E. in Clearfield, Utah, in Davis County. We were voted a Davis “Best Of 2025” first place winner.
